Financial calculators
Accurate, easy-to-use tools to explore the numbers behind your plan. These are estimates for education only — not advice, projections, or guarantees. Your own plan depends on your full situation.
TFSA contribution room
Estimate the room you have available this year.
Assumes Canadian residency since the year you turned 18 (or 2009). Withdrawals are added back to your room the year after you withdraw.
Mortgage payment
Canadian mortgages compound semi-annually — this uses that.
If your down payment is under 20%, an estimated CMHC insurance premium is added. Insured mortgages require a price under $1.5M and amortization of 25 years or less.
Retirement projection
Compound your savings to retirement, then an illustrative income.
RRSP room
New room from last year’s income (2026 max $33,810).
Add unused room carried forward from prior years for your true limit (see your CRA notice of assessment).
RRIF minimum withdrawal
The minimum you must withdraw this year.
The impact of fees
What a difference in annual fees costs over time.
These calculators are simplified illustrations for general education only. They do not account for tax, inflation beyond what you enter, variable returns, or your personal circumstances, and are not projections, advice, or guarantees. Speak with us for planning tailored to you.
